Pensione Guerrato. If no luck there, since your travel dates are not far away, you can go to booking.com, enter your dates and choose from what's available. Be prepared to pay at least 150E a night.

I am looking on Cross-Pollinate.com for your dates in Venice and there are a number of places available in your price range. The first one is in Mestre which you don't want but in Venice itself there were some places and I recommend that website if you are unfamiliar with them. We are going to use their places again in September and October.
