Hotel Oceania is one of RS recommended hotels in Rome. Anyone whom has stayed there have difficulty communicating with them? I have emailed them several times over the last 2 months and received no reply. As today is Good Friday and the hotel is in Rome today is likely a busy day, ill probably call next week if i don't hear something soon.

We stayed there last fall and thought it was a nice hotel. But we just did our booking online and showed up, did not try to contact them in advance.

Any idea what the outside of the hotel looks like? Yes we had no trouble booking, but its been some time since i booked so i wanted to confirm, bc well, im like that i suppose.
