I've tried to contact Hotel Oceana in Rome via their website but have not had any response. Has anyone had any experience there? It comes recommended by Rick Steves.

Their response could also have gone into your email spam. If that's where you really want to stay just call and ask. Maybe they are full, maybe they are not - you will never really know unless you call.
