Hotel Nuova Riviera - Santa Margherita Ligure

Has anyone ever stayed in the annex at the Hotel Nuova Riviera in SML? I can't seem to find and pictures or reviews on this part of the hotel. TA's reviews are for the hotel proper. If you've stayed in the annex, what was your impression? Thanks!
