Hello, I know that if you don't hear back from a B&B they are usually full or not open. I already had that experience and waited until March and then I got a response . The hotel in question is in Pisa. I booked it online on their website . The hotel was on multiple travel sites but I chose their site to book.. anyway we got a conference number and that's it. I sent an email to ask a few questions and to let them know of our early departure.. Nothing... no reply..so I thought it was me or the webpage and I sent another email...nothing..
now I am puzzled.TripAdvisor has good reviews but then some were from quite irritated customers.. The hotel is the Royal Victoria
Maybe some one has a view on this

Have you tried phoning?
You might try just calling them on the phone. It usually doesn't cost that much and then you'll have a better sense of what the situation is.
Sometimes my "helpful" Internet provider blocks incoming emails from Europe no matter what I do. I then resort to my Gmail, which always seems to go through. Have you tried another email server or checked your junk mail?
I did try calling but I did not figure the time so I will try again. I have been in the smallest of B&B and have always got a reply of some kind even in another language which was just fine.

They say they have 24 reception - so the time should not have mattered. Strange
Try their FB page - their last post was 9 hours ago
You might try sending a text (SMS) to the phone number. I found that was easier with some of our bookings because of language differences... then people can use translators. Email works well though, and you've tried that already.
