Hotel Nerva in Rome

Does anyone have any experience with Hotel Nerva in Rome?
They have been very good about responding to email reservations and gave me a great rate for 3 nights at the beginning of Sept. I am familiar with Rome so I know the area a little, but not this exact hotel.
