We are needing a hotel for one night in mid-October. We will be arriving via train and catching an early flight out the next morning. Rick's book only mentions 1 hotel in that area and it is a 1-star, so I'm a little skeptical.Any suggestions?

We stayed at Michele's Guest House last year and were quite pleased. It is a short (5 minute) walk from the train station. We also had an early flight (6:50 AM) out of Pisa, and, when we asked Michele how we could get to the airport that early, he offered to drive us, which we accepted.
