Hello! We are beginning a Rick Steves tour (The Best of Southern Italy) on 9/30/23. Our first few nights are at the Hotel San Francesco. Unfortunately, the hotel is full on the days prior to the 30th. Does anyone have recommendations for another hotel close to the Hotel San Francesco? Any thoughts on the Hotel Ripa, Hotel Santa Marie, and Relais Le Clarissa? Thank you in advance. Peggy Strang

I stayed at the Relais Le Clarisse a few years ago. It's great, but I prefer the (lower) prices at the Hotel San Francesco, since I discovered it.
Check also the SuitInn19. I considered it in the past, although it wasn't available for the dates I needed.
It's really busy in Italy this year. I don't know who let the dogs out after the pandemic.
