We will be leaving malpensa airport on a flight leaving at 8:45 AM and a re in need of a 3 star hotel that can shuttle us to the airport. Any recommendations?
Should we stay close to this airport or would we be better off in Milan since we will be arriving around 2:00 pm the day before and would like to see some of the milan sites. What do you think?

We've stayed at the First Hotel by Malpensa 3 times. The shuttle has
always picked us up and dropped us off w/o any problems. It's a ***.

Here's link to Malpensa's hotel list: http://www.airportmalpensa.com/airport-hotels.html The Hotel First is very good. If you're arriving in Milan at 2:00, you have plenty of time to tour the Duomo, etc. before catching a train to the airport. The Hotel First will pick you up.
