We have an early flight out of Malpensa Airport. I understand Milan is quite a ways from the airport. Does anyone know of a hotel or place(s) to stay at or near the airport? Thanks a bunch.

Malpensa is 30 miles northwest of the Milan city center.

I'm reminded it's about time to tend to that post - check that the links still work, update prices, etc. It was very interesting last year that many of the rates had come down significantly from where they were in 2008.
