It's never wise to put an email address on a public forum. I would remove it and wait for your question to be answered here. Donna

No reason to stay near the CIA airport. Stay in the city center and take a taxi in the morning. It is only 20-25 min away. Enjoy Rome in the evening, not the ugly area near Ciampino.

Like you, we wanted a place close to CIA. We stayed at the Hotel Excel Ciampino in the busy suburb of Marino. An easy 10.7 kms drive from hotel to airport... N.B. NOT 4.76 kms as shown on Expedia! We had a rental car; but this hotel is most definitely inconvenient if you don't! Bus stops and train stations are not close. Rooms are small but clean and quite modern... although the owners could do with spending a few euros on upgrading. Excellent room-rates right now. They claim 4 Stars; but I'd maybe give it a 3 Star at the most. It gets a mediocre 3.8 (out of 5) rating on Expedia and 3.5 from TripAdvisor. Breakfast is just OK. Dinner is overly expensive. Customer service is mixed. Quiet despite proximity to main road. Nice gardens. It's quite close to Lake Albano and the Castel Gandolfo... both worth a visit. The hotel is located on the busy Via Appia Nuouva (New) but sits astride the Via Appia Antica (Old) an ancient historic Roman road, which you can access just a short walk to the north-west from the hotel. Definitely worth a visit. Would we stay at this hotel again if we needed to be close to CIA? Maybe. But I think we'd probably check out some of the better reviews on TripAdvisor.
