We will be flying out of FCO about 9:30am. Would like to spend last day/evening in Rome and catch Leonardo express the next am. Any suggestion for reasonably priced hotel for 1 night near Termini? thanks

When are you flying out? Tomorrow? B&B Smart and Downtown Accomodations are both near the station and reasonably priced.

For our one night stays we use Hotel Contilla, 3 star, one block south of the south side doors. Breakfast is so so but across from a laundry which is handy if you are not headed home.
