Hi, my Milan hotel mess up my reservation and they booked a night less...
So I will be in Milan 2 nights (the night of the 1/2 day I arrive and 1 more day)
So my question is I get another night in Milan some other hotel or I go some other place before going to Verona
I was thinking Bergamo?? Any suggestions?

The choice of an additional night at another hotel in Milan or a night in Bergamo, is dependent on whether you would have been able to see what you want to see in Milan in the reduced time?

How many nights were you planning to stay in Verona? I am sure you can find things to do in or near Verona for an extra day if you go there a day earlier.
Maybe go to the opera at the Arena, or take a day trip to one or more of the locations below:
Lake Garda (Peschiera, Sirmione, Malcesine, Monte Baldo)
Spiazzi
Borghetto sul Mincio
Villafranca (Scala castle)
Soave and/or Valpolicella (wine country)
or even Vicenza
4 days 3 night in Verona
3 nights = 2 full days (dawn to night), plus a partial day on the day of arrival.
It's up to you, but I would add that night to Verona and use Verona as a base to visit other places like the ones I mentioned, on a day trip.
Add Mantova (Mantua) to the list I gave you above. It's only 45 min away by train from Verona
