Hi all, I'm almost ready to book one of our four needed hotels for Italy -- the Hotel Mediterraneo near Sorrento. It's for the last three nights of our 12 night trip, and it's a bit of a splurge but looks spectacular. Has anyone been and can you tell me if it's worth the extra money? Additionally, any recommendations for good priced lodging in Venice and Rome, near the action but no too near, would be wonderful! Thanks so much!
