Hotel in Side street of Via Veneto is it safe ?

We are looking at a hotel on a side street of via veneto but I noticed they are gentlemen clubs around. Is this area safe? I’m traveling with kids. Is it noisy ? If not what area do you recommend for a family to stay in?

Which hotel?

How many, what ages?

It is a very upscale area, shopping, clubs, and most likely quite safe. However, with children there are other areas that might be more appropriate for them.

Look for somewhere near Pantheon/Piazza Navonna/Campo deFiori ( historic center would be more interesting to kids)

Via Veneto is not real convenient to most sights

So your kids are teens but I still think they would enjoy the area near the Pantheon or Piazza Navona more than Via Veneto.
A hotel we enjoyed there is Palazzo Navona Hotel, a modern rather hip hotel inside of an antique palazzo, roof top bar, set back a block from busy street so not noisy. Lots to do in area. Halfway between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Easy walk to Tiber River and bridges across it. Much more convenient area than Via Veneto.

Wtf is a gentleman club? Are you sure you got it right? I need a Google Maps link for research purposes.

Anyway a 13 and a 17 years old boys have already discovered the Gentleman's Web, seeing the same stuff irl shouldn't traumatize 'em.

The sign literally said Gentleman club and one had a sign of a siluetee of a lady on a pole. So I’m guessing it’s strip clubs.

The only club I know in Rome is the Di Martino Gentleman's Club, and their sign literally says so. Unfortunately it's a barber shop that today caters to hipsters.

I doubt there is a connection between a club with naked ladies inside and your personal safety outside, but it's true that Via Veneto is quite far from tourists' Rome.
I bet the teens would rather stay in Trastevere where they can meet people their age.

When I was a teen I would have rather stayed near the Gentlemen's Club; and for safety? They cater to "gentlemen" so should be okay. Could be worse, could be a ruffien club

It looks really well-located and quite close to a number of very superior hotels. It gets awesome reviews. Just ignore the stripper pole and enjoy your trip.

This is interesting, when I was a teen we thought that only middle-aged losers would pay to see a nice pair of tits. I guess it's a matter of culture differences, but as a teen I would have rather stayed in Trastevere where I could meet real girls.

I'm glad you mentioned this area, not because I can help a lot with your kids, but because one year we stayed at the Sofitel a block or so further from Via Veneto and parked our car at the underground garage. I have enjoyed reminiscing. The whole area up from Barberini and all the way over to the Spanish Steps was absolutely fine. After all, think of the rent bill for these properties.

We really had a good visit (one of many) to Rome that year.

We’ve walked in that area several times and have considered staying there.
It is perfectly safe and actually quite lovely but as I said above we wouldn’t find it convenient to most of the sights at all.

I stayed at the Ambassador on Via Veneto and it is a very nice area. The Capuchin is on the Via Veneto and the kids might enjoy a visit there and the nearby Spanish Steps.

Via Veneto always makes me think of my favorite Fellini movie, Nights of Cabiria.

We bookended a walk with Capuchin Crypts and Borghese Gallery

You should definitely take teens to Capuchin Crypts
