Hotel in Rome - not far from FCO Airport

Can someone recommend a cute, clean, inexpensive hotel located not far from the Rome Airport? We'd prefer something other than a "chain"..(Holiday Inn, etc..). Also, we'd like to keep it around 100 Euros or less.

Thoughts? Ideas?
