Hi Carol. It's not a hotel, but we stayed at a B&B--Michele's Guest House. (Tried to create a link, but it wouldn't take. Their website address is below.) We also had an early (7:00 AM) flight out of PSA, and the owner of the B&B offered to drive us to the airport, which we took him up on. It's not far, but we were sure glad to have the ride! http://www.guest-house.it/ Hope you have a great trip!

in 2008 we had an early morning flight out and I was afraid that we wouldn't get a taxi or bus that early. I booked Hotel Bologna as it had it's own shuttle as they cater to business travel also. It was a very nice room, had a professional front desk that's wake-up call was on time and we had a great dinner at a nearby restaurant. It came with a breakfast buffet that we were too early for but they made us a nice latte and a to-go breakfast. It was a short walk from the train station and close enough to the tower.
