This is not a question, but a recommendation: Bellevue House In Florence was great!! The owner, Antonio, was helpful, kind and spoke fluent English. He even sent us to his favorite restaurant -"Giovanni's" ( his childhood friend owns it and we were treated like family!) Location of hotel was convenient to transportation and to walking to all main sites. Antonio made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed: maps, info, dinner reservations etc. I would go back to Bellevue House any time!!
