You did not mention what reasonable is. I like Albergo Pasquale (fab view rooms)in Monterosso al Mare in Rick guidebook.

I'm a bit out of touch with "romantic" these days, but you might have a look at La Torrettas in Manarola (www.torrettas.com). It's the second village from the south in the Cinque Terre.

We stayed in two lovely places in Vernazza last May. My opinion is ALL of Cinque Terre is romantic! We took the boat to Manarola and strolled the Via della' Amore in the afternoon and again at sunset. We dined at three very romantic spots: La Torre at the top of Vernazza, and Giani Franzi on the main piazza, and La Lampara in Riomaggiore. We enjoyed staying at Martina Callo's place (roommartina.it) and Caterina's (caterinarooms.it) each for about $100/night. Wonderful memories.
