Hotel Giada in Florence

I've stayed at the Hotel Giada in Florence several times. In trying to book for later this year, I get "no availabilty" on both the hotel website and tripadvisor no matter what dates I put in. Does anyone know if this hotel has closed or is under renovation? It's so convenient and I hate to break in a new one!

I know nothing about the hotel in question, but if they don't answer an e-mail in 2-3 days, call them. If you don't have an international calling plan, you can use a service like 101-6868 or 10-10-987 to call relatively cheaply.
