Hotel Flora in Venezia - Really Needs Another Look - Not Good

Been to Italia many times, and never stayed in a more uptight, "official," rigid, and pretentious hotel. NOT family friendly. RS, of whom I'm a big fan, needs to look long and hard at this place, as has been stated on TripAdvisor. Rigid, cold, and decidedly not welcoming.
