We stayed at the Hotel Duomo in April. It was wonderful. The staff was very helpful with carrying our bags up even though there were people waiting to check in behind us. The hotel is in a great location too. I would definitely stay there again.

Do you have suggestions for a place for dinner? We are only going to be in Orvieto for the night. Picking up a rental car in the am and driving through Umbria and Tuscany that morning. Thanks for the input!

I don't remember where we ate, but it was recommended by the hotel. Luckily we told the guy at the hotel where we were going to eat and he said that the place was closed, so he recommended a place and gave us a map as well. We ate homemade pasta with wild boar and the kids had pizza. Hope this helps.
