We have booked a several night stay at this hotel in Sorrento and would like some folks who stayed there to weigh in. We plan on suing the beach in the adjacent property, any tips, suggestions??

We stayed at Hotel Desiree for 3 nights in May. Good hotel, helpful staff, guiet room, good view. The 10-15 minute walk from downtown Sorrento is easy, especially as we had just come from hilly Assisi. They have mini fridges on every floor which were handy for our picnic supplies. We used both the beach and the rooftop terrace and enjoyed both. Overall, our stay at HD in Sorrento was a much needed rest during a busy 3 week trip.
