I'm considering staying at the Hotel de Rome in Rome Italy. It is close to the Coliseum and Forum and the rates seem reasonable. I am soliciting your opinions and thoughts. Is it a decent place to stay, that is to say, is it in a safe location, is My expectations are to find a hotel that is convenient to the historical part of Rome with reasonable rates; safe and accommodating. It's a great area to be in. Just be sure to get a room that faces away from the street or you could get a lot of street noise. Donna
