I received what I believe to be a scam email re my booking at Palazzo del Sale via WhatsApp. The hotel doesn't appear to list a WhatsApp number on their website and I've emailed the info address on their website but have received no response after 3 days. Anyone else experienced issues with this hotel?

I fell for a scam via Whats App for a hotel I had booked in Portugal. They had correct days and amount. They said my credit card was rejecting so I gave them another. It turns out Booking.com had a breach and all that data was out. Call the hotel directly using number on their website. I wish I had.
