Rick recommended the Hotel Concordia on Via Roma in Palermo. Has anyone stayed there? I'm just wondering what your experience was like, because it's on Via Roma, a main...via, and I'd be interested to know if the place is quiet at night. (i.e., is there much noise from the street below)? Not concerned with traffic going by, more concerned about loud music, chatty people congregating below the window, etc.
