I seem to remember a post referencing a unique property that was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants not far from the airport. Can anyone help us?

brdoo, I haven't stayed there, but in 2020 I was booked in hotel Domus Portus di Traiano Resort in Fiumicino. It was near the beach, near some interesting restaurants, and had a shuttle to the airport.
I was planning to book it again for 2022, but changed our itinerary, so we won't be leaving from Rome. The hotel looked attractive, as was the price. It was under €100 per night.

A few years ago I stayed at the Hotel Tiber. Pleasant modern hotel on the outskirts of Fumiciano with shuttle service to airport. Has a rooftop pool, pleasant terraces, 10 minute (at most) walk to the sea along a promonade. Fun watching the fishing boats come in and see the catch being unloaded..
