Hotel close to Pantheon or Colloseum

We will be in Rome for 2 nights beginning of June. There will be 4 of us. Looking for a hotel close to public transportation, that is reasonable. There will be 4 of us and we can only stay 2 nights. My grandson, 15 years old, has difficulty walking long periods so we’re bringing a wheelchair with us.
Thank you so much. Marie

Use the search function here for "Rome hotel"
Lots of recommendations, use the filter for Type and Date
Forum favorite is Hotel Smeraldo. Another is Hotel Lancelot
You will want to be sure you have an elevator and AC.

You can also use Booking.com to search.
Set your filter for location, budget, # beds, amenities like AC, bklft, elevator etc.
Read the reviews there as can only be posted by folks who have actually stayed at the property.
You can book there or find the hotel website to see who offers best deal

Check out Hotel Due Torri Roma. Very close to Pantheon, and has received good reviews in the past. We stayed at another hotel owned by the same folks and were very pleased.

I enjoyed staying at The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel. While it was very convenient to the Pantheon and within walking distance to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, a taxi ride was necessary to reach the Colosseum.

I’m looking for hotels in Rome, too. Looks like the Hotel Due Torri Roma is permanently closed. Can’t find them on Google Maps and Google searches show only the Hotel Due Torri in Verona.

Their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/HotelDueTorriRoma/
says it’s permanently closed.

We loved ALBERGO DEL SENATO. Our room overlooked the Pantheon, which was so close we almost felt as if we could touch the facade. But rooms are pretty small.

I also liked HOTEL FONTANELLA BORGHESE...I wonder if that is the sibling of the former DUE TORRI..?
