Hotel close to MXP (Milan International Airport)?

We'll be flying out of MXP early in the morning - and will need to be to the airport by 4AM. We want to stay at the closest hotel possible to MXP - one near a 24 hour airport shuttle, but that is also easy to get to from the Metro (for when we arrive). Any suggestions?
