I just booked this hotel, right out of Rick's. Any vibes about this place? There is a very negative recent review on Trip Advisor, relating to a botched reservation, redirection, etc.

We stayed there for 2 nights last June and had a good experience. The room and service were both very good. I think it had been recently renovated. I made our reservation a few months in advance and then reconvirmed a few weeks ahead of our trip and had no trouble.
