We are going on one of the Italy tours in the Spring and plan on staying extra days in Rome. I contacted the tour hotel, Ludovisi Palace Hotel, and to reserve additional days they require a photo copy of the front and back of a credit card. I'm used to providing the credit card information through some sort of secure link and wondered about this request from the hotel. Is this normal?
