Hotel Baglioni has a rooftop 10 euro aperitivo?

I was browsing reviews and articles about places to eat in Florence and came upon this review:
"In summer, Terrazza Brunelleschi (Terrace on top of Hotel Baglioni near the station) offers a nightly 10 euro aperitivo based on veggies! Not only that but they quite literally have the BEST PANORAMIC VIEW in town. "

I've heard about the "order a drink and you can eat fingerfood buffet style" that some ristoranti offers. I wish to ask if any of you has visited the rooftop bar of Hotel Baglioni and does it really offer a 10 euro aperitivo?

If you go the website for the hotel and Terrazza you can read about the American Bar. It doesn't mention the price, but the menu for the restaurant is there.

I don't know of many bars which don't make some sort of aperitivo before dinner.
