Will be visiting Rome for 4 days in April 2027. Trying to stay near attractions. Suggestions on St Regis vs Rome Marriott Grand Hotel vs Pantheon Iconic Rome vs Sina Bernini Bristol. I realize that all attractions will be walking distance.
I should mention that I plan to use Bonvoy points for payment. if there are other Marriott hotels which might provide a better option, please give them a mention.

Sights in Rome are not concentrated in one small spot. Rome has a large historical center. However in my opinion the Pantheon Iconic would be by far the most central, being between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, the others will require longer walks to many places. The Bernini Bristol has the advantage of being on Piazza Barberini next to a metro station, which would make it easier to go to the Vatican, but I would still prefer the Pantheon location.
In terms of quality of the hotel I have no idea which is better, because I tend to stay in less luxurious properties, so I have no personal experience of those hotels in my hundreds of stays in Rome,
If the question if strictly about most convenient location, the Marriott Grand Hotel Flora is going to be a furthest walk from a fair amount attractions. Pantheon Iconic is located in sort of the bullseye of the historic center, roughly equidistant walks to the Colosseum and St Peter's; a bit further to the Vatican Museums and Galleria Borghese. Locate it on a map and note what's within widening circles from its location? Depending on what sort of walkers you are, you might want to take transport to the Vatican - if St Pete's and the museums are on your list - from there as you'll be spending a lot of time on your feet just to cover ground at both.
As well, for what these properties cost (well beyond our budget) be sure to browse reviews on booking.com...although I'm sure you've probably done that already! :O)
