Hi! I've stayed at this hotel a number of times, and I simply love it! I've also stayed at their other hotel, the Hotel Alimandi Vaticano. I don't remember whether or not I heard the Church Bells, however. Why don't you call them and ask? The rooftop breakfast room is just sooooo sweet, the breakfast wonderful, and the view breathtaking. Wish I could remember the Church Bells.....
