I'll be in Cinque Terre in a month and am having trouble finding a room; currently have reservations at Punta Mesco and Hotel5Terre, both of which seem to have drawbacks. Just found out there is a room at Villa Steno but for much more - if anyone has a recommendation among these three I'd really appreciate it!

If Albergo Marina is available that's the one I would choose. Actually I DID choose Albergo Marina last year. It's not fancy, but it was clean, exceptionally friendly and included a huge cooked to order breakfast outside in the lemon garden as well as heavy snacks (real food) and wine starting in the afternoon. Honestly if you were on a tight budget this hotel gives you enough good food so that you wouldn't have to buy any additional food for the entire time...and it's actually GOOD food.

Tried there - and Hotel Margherita, Albergo al Carugio, Manuel's Guest House, Hotel la Colonnina...all full!
