When researching a restaurant near the Vatican, this restaurant was listed in my 2018 Rick Steve's tour book which was sent to me for my tour this month. FYI-when I googled it on the web it indicated this location was closed.
"Hostaria Dei Bastioni is recorded closed at this location. If it's incorrectly closed, please report it."

We had visited the Hostaria on many visits. We were told by the present staff at the newly named "Spaghetti" that the Hostaria changed hands about 2 years ago. We visited last October. The food was not on par with the Hostaria.
