Honeymoon Hotel in Rome

Hi all, I'm getting married in less than a month, and then my husband and I will be studying in Italy for a semester. We'll be in Arezzo (where my family is from! and where I studied last summer) but we get into Rome a few days early for a 3 night honeymoon. I stayed in Rome last summer but want to choose a different hotel for this trip. Just wanted to ask recommendations from you all. I'd like to be in the Navona area probably (yes, it can be touristy, but it'll be husband's first time in Italy and it's great walking distance to all the sights) but I'm open to Travestere as well. Looking for a hotel that is about 80 to 130 euro each night. We'll be staying Fri 19 Aug - Mon 22 Aug. (Mentioned that because I know some hotels have specials for a Sunday night stay). Breakfast would be nice but not necessary. We don't have a lot of specifics as far as accommodations go, but something nice for our honeymoon. I've been searching TA and Venere but wanted to check with you all to see if there is anything I am missing. Thank you for your help!

If you are open to more of an apartment setting VRBO.com has quite a few within your price range.

Thank you Leslie. I have looked on there and bookmarked quite a few apartments from VRBO. I think I would prefer a hotel for this part of the trip but will look back over those and consider them.

My husband and I are going to be in Rome in September (on a trip celebrating our birst anniversary) and we chose to stay at Rome Armony Suites based on reviews and the modern/romantic appeal of the room. If your open to that district, it's currently no.2 on trip advisor for B&Bs, and is only 110 euro per night!

Hi Devon I wish I had an answer about the Honeymoon hotel - I'm sorry I haven't. Just wanted to wish you low stress in the runup to the wedding, a fantastic day, and marvelous honeymoon in such a wonderful place. I hope that semester abroad and newly married life will not mean we miss your valuable contributions here. nige

Thank you, Nigel! I appreciate the well wishes! We are very excited to head to Rome in August for the belated honeymoon. My fiance has not been to Europe yet and we can't wait to arrive in Rome. (And then get to Arezzo because my relatives are amazing and take such good care of us. The hospitality is incredible) That is very sweet of you, I will try to come on here when I can! And I will return to the states in January with more Italy/Europe/travel knowledge. Thank you for the help you always give me and others.
