Does anyone have a view on whether the familiar Holiday Inn, Best Western, Ramada brands offer any advantage over other Naples hotels? We just need a safe comfortable place to sleep a few hours before rising in the wee hours to get to the airport by 4 or 5 a.m. for the first leg of a flight back to U.S. I gather shuttles don't save money over cabs--any other advice on getting to the airport?
We have decided that 'last night at the airport' is the way to go -- just used the IBIS at CDG (walked to the terminal) instead of spending the night in Paris and then worrying whether we would get to the airport on time. But I realize many people disagree (strongly!)
Bill jus get lodging near the airport they usually have shuttle service. The desk clerk will set you up and you will have no worries making your early flight.
Thanks for the support. I've booked plenty of airport hotels here in U.S. but it seems to be a strange topic for Naples, judging by some earlier notes.
