Does anyone have knowledge about Rome museum closures on holidays? We will be in Rome/Pompeii/Sorento on April 20/21 (Easter Sunday/Monday), April 25 (Liberation Day), and May 1 (Labor Day) next spring, 2019. I am concerned about major sites being closed on these holidays (in addition to the normal Monday closures). For example, if the Colosseum or the Borghese Gallery or the Vatican Museums are closed on those holidays, would the relevant websites reflect those closures? Thanks for any guidance.
Jo, all of the museums/major attractions post their closure dates.

Check the respective websites for closure dates of other attractions. The exception can be some of the churches, which can unexpectedly close for special services.
Editing to add: it's always best to check the websites close to your trip dates as parts of some attractions have been know to close to prep for special events, repairs or other reasons.
Thank you so much, Kathy! Will do.
