hello: i am about to leave for italy this tues..[rome, florence, naples] and after 2 months of planning [i am definatley "backdooring-" it]..it never occured to me about hitchhiking..to get to the more obscure out of the way , off the map places..
does anyone know of hitch hiking around italy? i have seen nothing about it the past few months checking out "travelers helpline"
leaving soon, so if any one has ideas/pros/cons/ or does it ever happen?...will be checking next few days..
