Hiring a driver?

Does anyone have a suggestion for hiring a driver in Rome or Perugia?

We're looking to go from Rome to Perugia. (one way) We'd also like to stop in Assisi and are thinking that a driver might save enough time over a train to be worth the expense.

I've found a number of them through google, but would be grateful for a recomendation from someone who has used a particular firm.

If you don't get a recommendation on this page, read the webpages for those you found and look for comments by those who have hired any driver. Using those comments will be safer than arbitrarily selecting a driver.
