We're looking for an airport hotel for an overnight stay after taking the train from Florence. Is the Hilton Rome Airport still a good choice? We prefer an airport hotel that's a short walk rather than taking a shuttle, etc. Price is not a major concern.

The Airport Hilton is a favorite of many folks.
I'd say, yes, it's a good choice, especially since it is a walk (albeit, not a "short" walk per se, but a walk nonetheless) to the FCO terminals. We stayed there in late October, 2023, after our VFR Tour. The night before our flight, in order to get a sense of how long it would take, we walked to our departure terminal and back. It also gave us an idea of what going through security would look like the next day.
Yes, the Airport Hilton is popular, but possibly out of necessity, as it's one of only two hotels [HotelSky is the other] within walking distance to the terminal, and as a result is considered to be rather expensive. Any others require either a shuttle, taxi or bus. Since price isn't a concern, it would be fine.
It's good, The walk from the Hilton to the terminals on the aerial walkway is about 500 meters (maybe 7-8 min)
Stayed there 3 weeks ago after arriving Rome from the West Coast via Heathrow. It is a bit of a hike but all covered in case of rain and after sitting so much, the walk was good. We had light snacks and a glass of wine in the bar. Breakfast was outstanding. If you are not a Hiltons Honors member, suggest joining to possibly get an upgrade or free breakfast. Location can’t be beat.
