Hill town - quick suggestions?

We are in Chianciano Terme now. We have one extra day and are trying to figure out where to go. We have been to Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Sienna, Assissi, and visited La Folce. We are saving Orvieto and Civita de Bag. for our trip to the Rome airport. We'd like to do something close by Chianciano Terme. Any quick, good suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (We are four couples traveling in two rental cars.)

Dan, One possibility that comes to mind is Cortona. I don't know how long the drive is from Chianciano Terme, but a quick check on MapQuest should provide a close estimate. I believe there's parking available outside the city, and from there possibly a Bus up into town? When you arrive at Civita di Bagnoregio, I'd highly recommend Ristorante Antico Forno. I had an awesome lunch on my last visit there. Happy travels!

Before I read the previous post, I was already thinking Cortona. We spent a week outside of Cortona in the countryside, and drove up the hill to Cortona almost every day or evening. There's free parking just outside of the town, and stairs and escalator taking you to the main street.

Not sure if this town would be accessible for you but we loved San Quirico-free parking and very untouristy. Very pretty little town.
