Hiking in the Dolomites

I have just 3 full days to day hike in the Dolomites - based in Castelrotto. Does anyone have ideas on how to best spend my limited time. I will be there later this week. Thanks.

I was just in the Dolomites with my family in June. We hiked the Lagazuoi Piccolo (World War I Tunnels) the first day. Unfortunately the weather was bad so we didn't even see the view. The next day we hiked with beautiful weather the Puez Odle (Sentiero delle Odle) which was astounding in its beauty. Both these hiked I found in the book, Shorter Walks in the Dolomites. We had a car so we drove ourselves to the different areas. I wouldn't stay in Castelrotto again (which is where we stayed) just because it was really limited in the restaurant choices - maybe Selva di Val Gardena might be better and closer to the hiking areas. I would definitely want to visit the Dolomites again in the future.
