My husband and I will be in Cinque Terre mid-September. We would like to hire a local guide who can take us on the less crowded trails as well as explain the history in each town. The 2 guides recommended by RS are booked. Any suggestions?

Joanie, Let me know if you have any success as we want to do the same thing in October. We are on a cruise, but are porting in La Spezia so would love to have someone share the local history and the trails from Vernazza back.
