I am looking to book a car in Chiusi. We have rented there before and I thought I had used Hertz but when I go to the web site it says to call a telephone number in Italy for reservations. Anyone know anything about this? I can't see having to make a long distance call to rent the car. I know I didn't do this before.
AutoEurope shows 2 Hertz locations in Chiusi
You could try booking on their site instead.
Use a consolidator:
http://www.autoeurope.com/
I see Europcar, Hertz, Budget available from Chiusi on their website.
Only Europcar and Hertz offer the zero deductible option for insurance.
To see the zero deductible option only, click on 'filter results' and leave the zero deductible option box checked (uncheck the other)
If you go into the Hertz web site, just under the location box, there is a link to "help me find a location" Click that and it will bring you to other options than US locations. Just follow the prompts to get you to Chiusi.
I would recommend the location on Via Michaelangelo. It is right across the street from the train station. They were very nice there.
Follow this link and it might take you right to it.
