Has anybody used the Herculaneum app to do a self guided tour. I believe it is fairly new. Trying to find the name of the app, I found one that cost $1.99 which is fine, just seeing if anybody used it and the actual name of the app.

It looks like the official app is called Ercolano Digitale - Parco Archeologico di Ercolano and is free.
Although the page on the website that describes it seems to only be in Italian: https://ercolano.cultura.gov.it/app/

Thanks for the thread, I've added it for our visit in December. Had read on the Forum there's a walking guide in Naples & Amalfi RS guide book, which we're taking, in case that's useful as well!
