Has anyone heard of a company called Sicily Tour SAS run by Lucia & Stephen Davies, Douglas Kenning ??
My husband and I are planning on using them for an upcoming 10 day Highlights of Sicily Package. I have been in communication with Lucia and she has been nothing but helpful and it seems she is honest with her answers.
I am just hoping that someone here can share their experience if they have used Sicily Tour SAS or verify that they are a "REAL" tour company so we feel better before we transfer money to them. This is the website. www dot sicily-tour dot com
There are so many scams out there and it is scary. Thanks in Advance for any comments.

Hey everyone . I am in Sicily now and Lucia Davies of Sicily - Tours is just superb! She’s hands on, helpful and I am only in one city area so far. We have not started the full tour but I cannot say enough of how wonderful she is. First she set up a meeting in municipal records or archives here in Castellammare del Golfo. My family started here and it was something I always wanted to do in honor of my late mom. I could not believe how in depth it all was. She set it up to meet someone there and not only did he go through papers but he took me to the neighborhood where they lived and showed me the homes of all my descendants. Emotional day for me. Then he rang doorbells asking people if they knew of anyone with the surnames. He then took me to a church where my great uncle band others were baptized. After that Lucia set it up for this wonderful man to take us back to our hotel, then pick us up again to tour castellammare.
We begin Siracusa this weekend on a 10 days throughout Sicily tour.
Not only did Lucia do all the above and surprise me with this, She has helped us retrieve our lost luggage issues. If Sicily tours has done so much already and our tour hasn’t even started, then she is in my book the best in the industry!
I am adding to my last comments… We returned from our 10 day Highlights Tour with Sicily Tours. Douglas Kenning was our guide starting in Siracusa and ending in Taormina. It was an Outstanding tour. It exceeded our expectations as Douglas has so much knowledge and is a great storyteller describing every sight. Our tour was extensive with quite a bit of walking, but worth every step. There was plenty of free time on our own and so many wonderful unique experiences and sites we will remember for a lifetime. We were so pleased we chose Sicily-Tours. I was concerned about bus rides and quick stops, but with Sicily tours it was not that bad. It was great even though we were on a bus. So it is worth it 100%. I could not recommend them more. Just fantastic.

I had booked the Highlights tour with Lucia in 2021, which I had to cancel becasue of Covid travel uncertainties, and she seemed super competent and patient. I saw your earlier post wondering about small group travel today, and was going to suggest you contact Sicily Tour! I'm glad you found them, and I am glad it is going so well. I have been to Sicily 3 times since then. Because of the uncertainlty of the Covid flares, I ended up going on a solo trip in October 2021, then a guided small group Easter week trip with Esplora Travel (who I would highly recommend) in April 2022, and most recently (earlier this year) a solo 2 week study trip in Milazo followed by an unguided Easter week processions trip with my husband and a bike tour of the Baroque towns facilitaed by a local Italian firm.
I am still hoping for the chance to do a culinary + wine tour or similar trip with Sicily-Tour in the future.
