Help with taxi or Uber scheduling in Rome

We are staying in an airbnb in Rome near Ponte Sisto on Via della Trinità dei Pellegrini -on the Campo de Fiori side of the Tiber.

We have early tours and trains scheduled for
7am at Antico Cafe Canada near Vatican Museum entrance
7am train from Termini

Is it possible to arrange for a taxi or Uber to pick us up at 630-645 am?

If so, how do I arrange that? And which would be more reliable?

Thank you!

Try Rome Cabs. I have used them for airport transfers. I think when you google "Rome Cabs" it will come up. It's called Stefano's Rome Cabs, if Im remembering correctly.

Suntransfers might be another option too.

There is an active official taxi stand right by Ponto Sisto. We used it several times for taxis at all hours when we stayed in Trastevere.

Just acquaint yourselves with the taxi stands near your lodging after you arrive. They have orange signs saying "Taxi" and the official white cabs hang out there. You should have no trouble finding a taxi after 5 a.m.

Download FREENOW. It is just like Uber except it summons real Taxis.

You can schedule rides in advance and I have used it many times. Yes it is legit, it's a joint venture owned by BMW and Mercedes-Benz. It's a good tool to have available even if you do not use it for this particular ride

You can use FreeNow or ItTaxi App.
Or also use your computer (see websites at bottom) or call the taxi at the numbers below.

Radio Taxi: +39-06-3570.
Pronto Taxi: +39-06-6645.
Other companies: +39- 06-5551, +39-06-4994, +39-06-4157.

Websites of the largest of the above cooperative companies, if you want to summon them on your computer/tablet. The apps they use are downloadable from there too.

you can also walk to the taxi stand closer to you. I'm sure they have taxicabs parked by 6:30am
