So I'm flying into and out of Milan, due to airfare steal from JFK. Don't prefer to stay in Milan. Want to do Venice (or Como), Rome, Florence, and Murren Switzerland. Does anyone know if there is a most logical way to do this? Thinking Venice or Florence upon arrival due to shortest trip after long flight. If Venice, then Rome Florence and murren. If Florence I'm thinking Rome Venice murren. May incorporate Como for a night prior to flight home if reasonable. Thoughts? Family of four, kids are 18 and 17. Thanks in advance. I guess I'd do Venice, then Rome, then Florence, then Muerren. Most convenient coming back from Muerren would be Stresa on Lago Maggiore. Then in the morning you can get the Alibus to Malpensa. It only an hour away.
